The Bakers Pride® model BPHMG-2424i griddle features manual controls and two 32,000 BTUH burners for quick preheating and recovery. This model features a 1” thick griddle plate and heat-resistant steel combustion chamber to to handle all your high-production needs. The spatula-width grease trough and slide-out grease pan make cleanup quick and easy. This griddle may be used with our HD or XX series charbroilers and HD series countertops ranges.
